Salvation Prayer

Dear God, I come to you in Jesus’ name.
I believe that Jesus died on the Cross,
That He shed His blood,
and that He paid for my sins.
I receive your forgiveness for all my sins.

I believe that Jesus rose from the dead,
So right now I receive Him as the Lord
and savior of my life.
I am not going to live to please myself,
But will live for Jesus the rest of my life.

Heavenly Father, I thank you that you have
heard my prayer.
Thank you that, according to your Word,
my sins are forgiven.
my past is gone,
I am now your child,
and I will be in heaven with you someday!
